- Feminism:
- Feminism is a movement with values of women’s equality with men in all fields
- Bias:
- prejudices are all judgments that are formed in advance in relation to a thing or person
- inequality:
- Measurable differences in one thing (for example, standard of living) compared to people
- Glass ceiling:
- This means that the higher levels in hierarchical terms, are not accessible by a category of persons.
- Segregation:
- separating someone, a group of individuals, from a group of people
- Cold War:
- A period of war which began in the 1950s and which pitted the United States against the USSR. This war is special because it involves no real combat but just a confrontation with technological and ideological advances
- Fundamental Sciences:
- Fundamental sciences are all sciences that are based on the functioning and history of the world.
- Disparity:
- Lack of proportion. For example, in a field where there are more men than women, we will talk about disparity
